Agenda for First CACI Meeting Fall 2025

9:30-2:30 pm on August 29 (Friday)

Location: CUNY Graduate Center, Ralph Bunche Institute, Suite 5203

The purpose of our first meeting is to become acquainted with each other and with CACI. We have also organized three talks from faculty members at CUNY and in NYC. These talks are meant to help spark interest in different parts of China Studies, and perhaps generate some ideas on material that you can integrate in your classes. We will also host a panel of previous CACI Teaching and Seminar Fellows, who will share their experience with the program and with teaching at CUNY. We will be serving lunch, and will have time for discussion to hear what you would like from CACI in future meetings.
